TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE FOR OUR PARTNERS
Pittarello Imel has tens of years of experience in the design, construction and maintenance of electrical substations (SSE) also with the “turnkey” formula.
Already in the first phase of electrical, electromechanical and civil design, we aim to build the plant with top quality materials and equipment with attention to costs and technical and management advantages.
In the second phase of construction, particular attention is paid to the laying methods in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.
In the third and last phase we perform tests and commissioning of the system by carrying out all the tests with suitable instrumentation to reach the goal of commissioning with full efficiency of the system built.
We then propose maintenance contracts in order to make the life of the plant as long and efficient as possible.
We briefly summarize the proposed works:
- Excavations and land fillings to reach the project level;
- Construction of an earthing system with underground conductor;
- Excavation and backfilling of all foundations and pipes (services and process) present in the subsoil;
- Foundations / constructions in reinforced concrete to support HV and MV electrical and electromechanical equipment;
- Building construction including finishes for containing MV and LV electrical and electromechanical equipment;
- Carpentry works for fences, gates, building accessories and foundations;
- Square paving – asphalting;
- Arrangements for green areas and irrigation;
- Amarro pylons HV line for derivation connection to the SSE;
- AT equipment including supports;
- HV connections in rope or pipe including connection clamps;
- MV electrical panels including MV cables and related terminations;
- LV electrical panels including LV cables for protection, command, supervision and control systems;
- Auxiliary systems of SSE (light, FM, special, etc.);
- Blank tests of the system by correspondence with the executive project;
- Test auxiliaries and equipment maneuvers;
- Testing and commissioning of the system.
Pittarello Imel also carries out expansion and revamping of systems in service having the experience that allows us to work by managing safety distances from live parts. The electromechanical and construction staff is highly specialized and trained to perform work in these very delicate areas from the point of view of safety.
