ACTIVITIES - MEASUREMENTS, TESTS AND TESTS

Pittarello Imel, directly at the customer plant (Station / Primary substation / Secondary substation / Power plant, Industrial site etc …), thanks to its highly specialized technical staff and the special equipment / mobile equipment supplied, is able to :

• Carry out any predictive or systematic revision / maintenance intervention, as well as any type of treatment (filtering and degassing) of the insulating oil, (both these, mineral oil, silicone or vegetable ester), on transformers or autotransformers in HV or MV of any power.
• Eliminate any oil leaks: a) From the box; b) From the unit heaters, c) From the radiators; d) From pipes or cooling waves; e) From the lid gasket; f) From insulators; g) From the various gate valves present in it; h) From the container of the circuit breaker of the c.s.c .; i) From the operations of the commutator, of reg. and / or voltage change; l) etc….
• Replace: a) all rubber gaskets found to be old; b) any damaged insulators; c) various accessories or anything else that is found to be faulty or damaged upon inspection.
• Iinspect the active part of the transformer off-box to establish both its state of life and the maintenance interventions that are necessary on it. To carry out thorough cleaning with new, hot, treated insulating oil, including the total elimination of any decomposition substances present in it and sometimes deposited anywhere.
• Carry out an accurate external cleaning of the case, eliminating all the rust present in it and then proceed with its complete painting;

La Pittarello Imel, su qualsiasi tipologia di trasformatore elettrico, può inoltre effettuare:

1) Qualsiasi tipologia di prelievo d’olio isolante per l’effettuazione delle consuete periodiche analisi chimico-fisiche;
2) Qualsiasi tipologia di prelievo d’olio e gas di Buchholz, per le indispensabili analisi gascromatografiche che necessita assolutamente effettuare a seguito di un qualsiasi guasto elettrico interno, occorso al trasformatore sotto esame.
3) Qualsiasi intervento di revisione/manutenzione, predittiva, sistematica e/o straordinaria, su trasformatori ed autotrasformatori in resina di ogni potenza, compreso la accurata pulizia interna della cabina o del relativo box di contenimento.

Pittarello Imel can intervene in the manipulation of the SF6 gas (hexafluorurodizulf) contained in the electrical equipment having suitable equipment and licensed personnel according to the EXECUTION REGULATION (EU) 2015/2066 OF THE COMMISSION of 17 November 2015 which establishes, in accordance with the regulation (EU) n. 517/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the minimum requirements and conditions for the mutual recognition of the certification of natural persons involved in the installation, assistance, maintenance, repair or deactivation of electrical switches containing fluorinated greenhouse gases or for the recovery of fluorinated greenhouse gases from fixed electrical switches.

• The above allows us to:Analyze the quality of SF6 gas by measuring humidity, purity and decomposition products;
• Treat / replace deteriorated SF6 gas on site with special wheeled equipment;
• Top up with missing SF6 gas;
• Leak detection in small concentrations of SF6 gas (ideal for detecting the location and size of leaks);
• Environmental management of SF6 gas destined for disposal;
• Online monitoring of SF6 gas through high-precision detectors of density, temperature, pressure and humidity of SF6 gas inside and outside of electrical equipment. The instruments feature high-precision sensor technology that ensures excellent long-term stability and important features for protection from electromagnetic interference (EMC).
